a. errors made during application, damage to materials, personal property or personal injury resulting from improper application or stud loss. Please see our insructions page on this website for the prper way to apply appliques and stud patterns.
b. fraudulent use and or misuse of any credit card.
c. shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information, shipper (USPS) damage or loss.
2. IRONONSTUDS/Snow White Enterprises will maintain the privacy of your personal information. We will not redistribute any customer information to any outside entities.
3. Allow 10 working days for your order to be processed and posted....it will be completed more quickly when possible.
All sales are final. Products may not be returned and no refunds will be issued.
